Zelda wrap for Blue Sky Alpacas

Over the summer I had the opportunity to design for Blue Sky Alpacas, makers of extraordinary luxury yarns.  I designed the Zelda Wrap, part of a new 20's themed accessory collection to showcase metalico, an extremely lovely and soft alpaca and silk blend with a metallic sheen.

The wrap is knit on the bias and works up so nicely in metalico, which gives it a wonderful drape and hand.
Here is Blue Sky's description: This textural and glamorous wrap cascades over your shoulders, giving the luminary appearance of liquid metal. A piece that embodies both fine taste and warmth, then combines them with a soupçon of mystery.

There are two other patterns in this lovely collection: a crocheted wrap and a dramatic colorblock wrap.  Each pattern is printed in an unusual fold-away, pocket-sized format.
